Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

Our panels are guaranteed 100%.   If unsatisfied with the purchase, or a manufacturers defect is discovered, the original purchaser may return their panels for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the panels.   Panels must be returned in their original packaging and be undamaged and unused.  Prior to return shipping, we recommend taking pictures demonstrating the condition of the products.

APC does not refund shipping charges except on returns for manufacturers defect – which are those defects that are a departure from our intended design and which cause a frailty or shortcoming in the product.  Manufacturers defects do not include damage caused by freight handling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, or damage from environmental factors such as colour fading, smoke, high humidity, etc.

Any refunded amounts will be applied to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal, etc.).  Proof of purchase may be required.

Cancelled Orders and Restocking Fee

Orders cancelled within 48 hours from date of purchase will be refunded 100%.  Orders cancelled after 48 hours but prior to shipping may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancelled orders after shipping are subject to the standard return/exchange policy above.

Exchanges for Colour

We’ve made every effort to display our panels and our fabric colours as accurately as possible in our online store and on our electronic fabric sample sheet.  Please note however, that the colour capabilities of tablets, cell phones, and computer screens may differ from device to device and we cannot be responsible for the limitations of the screen you use to view and order our products.  If you are uncertain of our colours, please request fabric samples to assist you in your decision.  These may be ordered online or through our sales department.

Request for colour exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.  Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the panels back to us and for the shipping cost of the replacement panels we send back to you.  Panels must be returned in their original packaging and be undamaged and unused.  Prior to return shipping, we recommend taking pictures demonstrating the condition of the products.

Die lots of our fabrics and samples provided serve as a guideline and there may be slight variations in colour, texture, and finish between die lots.

Returns/Exchanges for Personalized or Custom Items

If your product is one that has been personalized or is customized to fit your specific criteria it is not returnable or refundable.  If these items contain a manufacturers defect, please contact us to discuss what options are available to rectify the issue.

As-is, Sale, Discontinued, Discounted Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refund or exchange.  As-is, sale, discontinued, and discounted items are marked as such, are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
