We ship Monday through Friday using various ground service carriers. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be processed before it is shipped. Once your panels have been shipped, delivery times are generally 1-5 days. You will be notified when your purchase has been shipped and be provided a tracking number where applicable.
Items damaged during shipping
Once you receive your shipment, please check it closely to ensure all expected items have been received and are undamaged. If your panels have been damaged during shipping, it is important to notify us within 3 days. Please take pictures of the damage and where applicable, include pictures of the damaged pallets and/or packaging.
While we are not responsible for items damaged by our shipping partners, we need to work through a claims process. We will make every reasonable effort to find out what went wrong and make it right.
